This position must have proven skills in providing hands-on accounting knowledge and the ability to work on complex enterprise business transformation and support projects. Responsibilities will include: actively working with multiple technology platforms focused Outsourced ERP programs/projects simultaneously, client relationship providing support to project teams, and ensuring the success of the firm's project engagements. The Consulting - Associate will also be expected to contribute to corporate initiatives and maintain an outstanding level of commitment to the company and its objectives. Responsibilities Work supporting complex technology based ERP projects and transitioning of internal client business processes to the firm Client Accounting Services (CAS) team. Support client relationship skills and customer service orientation. Provide tactical guidance, review quality assurance and maintain customer satisfaction. Initial setup of 3rd party applications that the firm and the client will use to collaborate for ongoing accounting, financial reporting, transaction processing, etc. Provides training for client and firm staff in the use of shared software applications Remain current and fully developed in the use of the firm FAO Platform to provide support and training to the firm CAS team Reviews requests from firm clients for special projects, custom reports, technical training (after the initial implementation period) Facilitates technical support as a liaison with 3rd party solution providers, and helps to resolve any technical support issues Anticipates and communicates budget issues and identifies opportunities to improve project profitability. Knowledge & Experience Knowledge of a wide variety of ERP related technologies and the current trends in the marketplace and be able to effectively communicate these to clients as necessary. Knowledge of ERP issues/approaches related to cloud computing and emerging trends. Knowledge of accounting and accounting processes to be able to relate to client needs or issues that may occur during an implementation. Requirements 2+ years delivering operational excellence. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Accounting Information Systems Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Prior experience and understanding in the processing of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger transactions, Understanding of GAAP financial statements Familiarity with leading cloud-based applications such as Intacct, NetSuite, Blackline and You want your next step to be the right one.
