Job Requirements:
Must possess excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Demonstrate proficiency with computers and various Internet resources.
Required to pass a background check and FDCPA exam.
:Excellent time management, attendance and punctuality are a must.
Certain clients may require the passing of a credit check and/or obtain a federal background clearance.
Experience: Debt Collection, Sales, Telemarketing, Banking, Financial Services, Call Center, Telephone Customer Service, or Administrative experience preferred.
Educational Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Schedule: Full time (36:40 hours weekly), Monday:Thursday: 2 day shifts (8am:4:30pm) and 2 late shifts (12:8pm), alternating Friday schedule:no evenings.
