Schedule:

Full-Time: Monday to Friday - 8:30am to 5:00pm

Responsibilities:

The person in this role owns all Consumer Billings and Accounts Receivable Management for all Consumer Billings. Responsibilities include but not limited to:
• Review all incoming new paperwork to ensure accurate billing information
• Add new clients into billing software
• Process consumer billing in approved format
• Maintain all accurate Consumer payment information
• Responsible for all Collection activity on accounts
• Maintain an under 90 day aging

Skillset:
• High School Diploma
• 2 years related experience
• Must have exceptional QuickBooks skills
• Experience with manual accounting reconciliations strongly preferred
• Above average excel skills
• Strong phone etiquette
• High level of organization, attention to detail and strong follow up skills
• Excellence in Customer Service
