Manage queue of approximately 300 or more borrower accounts.

Maintain consistent contact with borrowers.
:
Record accurate and detailed notes.
:
Update account status and borrowers information as needed.
:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives.
:
Adhere to consumer protection laws and F.H. Cann and Associates standard practices and policies.
:
Proficiency with various Internet resources used to locate borrowers (skip trace) as needed.

Reliable transportation is required.

All applicants will be required to pass a background check and FDCPA exam.

Responsible for understanding and adhering to FHCs Information Security Policy and Procedures.

Demonstrate proficiency with various Internet resources used to locate borrowers as needed.

Bi:lingual a plus

Skip Tracing a plus

Technical skills: Excel, Outlook Email, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college a plus
Experience: Debt Collection, Sales, Telemarketing, Banking, Financial Services, Call Center, Telephone Customer Service, or Administrative experience preferred.
Environment: This position is in a busy office environment with substantial sitting and computer work.
Work Schedule: M:Th, 2 shifts 8:4:30 and 2 late shifts 12:8, Friday 8:4:30
Salary: Hourly pay + unlimited bonus potential + benefit package
