Job Description:
Manage queue of approximately 300 or more borrower accounts.
Maintain consistent contact with borrowers.
Record accurate and detailed notes.
Update account status and borrowers information as needed.
Educate borrower as to the consequences of not resolving their debt.
Highlighting the benefits of getting out of debt.
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals, deadlines and objectives.
Adhere to consumer protection laws and F.H. Cann and Associates standard practices and policies.
Proficiency with various Internet resources used to locate borrowers (skip trace) as needed.

:All applicants will be required to pass a background check and FDCPA exam.
Responsible for understanding and adhering to FHCs Information Security Policy and Procedures.
Demonstrate proficiency with various Internet resources used to locate borrowers as needed.
Bi:lingual a plus
Skip Tracing a plus

Technical skills: Excel, Outlook Email, Word, and Adobe Acrobat.
Educational Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent, some college a plus
Experience: Debt Collection, Sales, Telemarketing, Banking, Financial Services, Call Center, Telephone Customer Service, or Administrative experience preferred.
Environment: This position is in a busy office environment with substantial sitting and computer work.
Work Schedule: Monday:Thursday, 2 shifts 8am:4:30pm and 2 shifts 12:8pm, alternating Fridays 8am:2pm, 10:4pm and 8:4:30pm.
Salary: Hourly pay + unlimited bonus opportunity + benefit package.
