Provides quality customer service and generates sales. Oversees Teller training, scheduling and transaction handling to assure that performance is in accordance with Bank policies and procedures.Allocates and coordinates the teller work flow.Guides and advises subordinates in the more complex phases of their work.Trains new tellers.Controls work flow so that all work is processed and forwarded on time.Monitors branch and teller cash levels daily to ensure compliance with established limits.Approves designated tellerA?s work.Attests to correct completion of daily reports, batch summaries, daily settlements, and branch recap.Attests to correct completion of weekly and monthly reports : branch cash recaps, teller transactions, and monthly teller audits.Prepares cash shipments, incoming and outgoing.Ensures teller schedules to provide adequate coverage for maximum customer convenience.Assigns duties and special reports.Services ATMA?s.Creates a professional climate behind the tellerA?s line, ensuring teamwork.Monitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, as well as Bank operation policies and procedures.Performs additional duties as requested.Effective communicative skills to handle staff and customer base. Knowledge of office machines, ATMA?s, and computers. Good aptitude for figures. Previous Head Teller experience or minimum of one year Teller experience. High School diploma or GED.
