The Aggregation/ISO (Industry Solutions Organization) Program Manager is a key individual contributor in the Product, Program and Integrated Payment Services Organization (IPSO), supporting the Program and Portfolio of Aggregation (Payment Facilitator, Marketplace, Flash Title, Master Merchant, Biller, Submitter, etc.) and ISO clients. This role is responsible for helping drive the highest level of performance with regards to the program. This role entails the creation and maintenance of market leading programs, ensuring a product roadmap exists, identifying opportunities, supporting sales efforts and maintaining a risk:based industry leading compliant portfolio. This role requires representing BAMS from a program and product perspective to clients, internal C:level and EVP:level executives, leadership within our owner parent companies as well as externally to the Aggregation/ISO Global Market. This role is key in identifying emerging trends, identifying and prioritizing product gaps and development needs, as well as coaching and developing future program staff. In addition, this role supports the Program Director in the overall eCommerce metrics management of BAMS globally.
Essential Functions
:Support the Program Director in developing and managing an Aggregation and ISO program strategy that clearly communicates the business direction, global opportunity pipeline, client experience, P and L expectations, road map, product opportunities, competitive environment, product penetration, and supplier requirements.
:Determine and manage program performance expectations for the organization.
:Develop subject matter expertise in each Line of Business specific to Aggregation/ISO capabilities and knowledge.
:Build strong partnerships with sales leaders to ensure a full understanding of the business strategy and how the program(s) support the business strategy.
:Responsible for proper risk management of their programs and oversight of the rest of the organization in fulfilling expectations.
:Collaborate with sales executives to identify opportunities for capturing additional revenue. Work with partners (Marketing, Finance and Pricing) to develop plans for delivering this revenue.
:Support communication of program strategies and timely updates to leadership across BAC, First Data and BAMS executive suite.
:Represent BAMS as a global market leader at highly visible internal (BAMS, Bank of America, First Data) and external events such as leading industry conferences, shareholder meetings and board of directors meetings.
