Job Description:/h3:
The Senior Account Executive is responsible for generation new accounts and growing current accounts. Vive Account Executives analyzes, consults and assesses customers needs in order to provide comprehensive telecommunication solutions. Account Executives spend much of their job out of the office in the field actively pursuing revenue objectives, selling Avaya services to small and medium size businesses to meet or exceed set quota. They maintain high levels of professionalism as a representative of Vive Communications to the business community during all phases of customer contact from pre:sales activity to post:sales and account management. Highest Paid Commissions in the Industry.
Job Requirements:
Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to the following direct sales activities:
* Conducts sales presentations demonstrating Vive Communications professional solutions to meet customers specific telecommunications needs and articulates the advantages of our products and services paralleled to our competition
* Research market and vertical needs
* Heavy daily prospecting and appointment setting
* Manages full sales cycle from prospecting to order processing
* Interfaces with customers to determine technical requirements and expectations thru solution selling
* Respond effectively to all Request For Proposals (RFP)
* Negotiates contract pricing and configuration with customers
* Reviews and submit contracts with Order Acceptance and Sales Engineering to ensure complete understanding of the contract/customer expectation
* Provides weekly and sometimes daily forecasting and reporting against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and activity
* Participates in all sales and technology training
* Maintaining Avaya Voice and Data Networking Sales Certifications
* Identifies customer needs and the appropriate Vive business solution(s) through needs analysis
* Attends customer installations and collaborates with Vive technical personnel as required
* Attends meetings and training sessions as directed.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor Degree or Equivalent experience
* Two (2) plus years of Business To Business experience
o Superior knowledge of sales strategies, tactics and processes including:
o Prospecting/Funnel Development
o Qualifying Prospects
o Value and Consultative Selling
o Delivering Presentations
o Sales Negotiations and Handling Objections
o Closing Strategies
o Time and Territory Management
o Managing Sales Goals and Objectives
* Experience within Business Communications and/or Telecommunications experience is a PLUS
o IP Telephony
o Small and Medium Sized Enterprise Business Systems (2 : 2,000 users at a single site above and beyond with multi:site accounts.)
o Products and Services
o Communications Solution Assessment
o Contract Ts and Cs
o Maintenance Agreements
o Financing
o Design, Engineering, Planning, Installation and Follow:up
As a Vive account executive you will be eligible for a completive base salary, high commissions, quarterly and annual bonus plan, expense arrangements, 401k, health and dental benefits.
