In addition to transaction processing, we count on our Financial Service Specialists to proactively educate our clients on financial products and services.As a Century Bank Teller, your job responsibilities include: Listen to our customers to learn about their needsProvide an outstanding client banking experienceEducate clients on financial products and servicesWork as a key member of the branch banking teamPerform settlements and transaction processingAlways be professional and adhere to laws, regulations, procedures and bank policiesAdminister automated teller machines (ATM)Tasks change regularly as determined by the team leaderTraining providedMonitors and/or ensures compliance with Federal and State laws and regulations; including but not limited to the Bank Secrecy Act and Anti Money Laundering, in addition to, Bank operation policies and procedures.Detail oriented professional people with positive attitudes thrive as Century Bank Financial Service Specialists. All you need is at least a high school diploma/GED and nine or more months experience handling cash. Travel to other branches on a temporary or permanent basis may be required to expand your experience and maintain client service levels. Many of our key managers started in this role.
