Job Description Job Title: Tax Partner Our Big 4 client is looking to hire Tax Partners (preferably M&A, International and/or Federal experience) in the following cities: Boston Washington, DC / Virginia area Philadelphia New York City New Jersey Atlanta Charlotte Connecticut Pittsburgh Basic Requirements and Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting CPA strongly preferred JD or LLM or MS or MBA Must have public accounting, law firm and/or major corporate experience in corporate Federal tax compliance and taxconsulting experience pertaining to planning, research and general Mergers and Acquisitions activities “or” International taxbackground A great record building profitable and sustainable relationships with clients is highly desirable A proven record of simultaneously managing multiple projects for a variety of clients Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly developed problem solving and analytical skills, and sound judgement Project management and critical thinking skills Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills required Outstanding organizational and time management skills; ability to prioritize multiple assignments What They Offer: Great compensation - $250,000-$500,000 possible compensation arrangement.
