Job Description:/h3:

This position performs moderately complex administrative and client financial services tasks for the business owner.

:Preparing files and materials for client meetings;
:Maintaining client databases and compiling information to prepare reports using
appropriate software;
:Performing special projects as requested;
:Conducting investment research on fund companies and securities products;
:Meeting with clients to determine their needs and then creating customized financial plans;
:Following up with clients accordingly to ensure ideal client experience is met;
:Assist during tax season by preparing returns and/or perform special projects as assigned.
:Minimum two years related experience (administrative, customer service, marketing)
:Microsoft Office, Outlook and QuickBooks proficiency
:Insurance or securities license is a plus
