Job Description:/h3:
:Constantly communicating with CEO/senior partner about tasks for the day and what can be done to facilitate items on his agenda.
:Manages this individuals complex calendar and travel schedule. Must be able to handle multiple requests for his time and keep him on task throughout the day.
:Screens calls for senior partner: analyzes priority of call and returns ones which he does not need to personally handle.
:Greets visitors and makes them feel welcomed to our facility. Sets up for meetings, provides the agenda, orders lunch when appropriate, and generally makes sure our guests feel well taken care of.
:Makes travel arrangements (books air transportation, car rentals, hotel reservations) and business conference arrangements; coordinating with other partners or administrative staff.
:Completes administrative tasks as requested including word processing documents, spreadsheets, assembling books, gathering market data, etc.
:Produces documents as directed by managing partner such as correspondence, proposals, spreadsheets, etc.
:Conserves managing partners time by reviewing and routing documents, drafting letters, collecting and analyzing information, and communicating with others on his behalf.
:May be asked to do some personal errands.
:Willing to assist other team members with administrative functions.
:Back:up for current front desk coordinator. Needs to have a spirit of whatever it takes to get the job done.
