Overview Provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support services for the Director/Senior Manager group within the training team: * Director, Global Training - based in Boston * Senior Managers, Global Training - two individuals based in Boston * Senior Manager, Digital Learning - based in Boston * Senior Manager, Global Professional Development - based in San Francisco * Senior Manager, Client Communication - based in New York Responsibilities include meeting and calendar management, coordination and arrangement of travel schedules, preparation of meeting materials and project support. Responsibilities * Coordinates calendars and schedules meetings, often across multiple time zones * Resolves scheduling conflicts as they arise, often at short notice, communicating changes to all impacted participants * Manages all travel arrangements, including air, hotel, ground transportation and meal reservations for Director, Senior Managers and their teams as necessary * Prepares meeting materials (printing, binding and collaborating with Office Services as needed) * Provides production support if needed * Compiles and submits time and expense reports according to an established schedule * Reconciles credit card statements and resolves discrepancies * Schedules conference rooms and orders meals for internal meetings * Supports priority projects as required Qualifications * BA/BS degree preferred * 2-3 years of executive support experience; professional services experience highly preferred * Strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel * Excellent organization, time management and scheduling skills; strong attention to detail * Ability to work productively, both independently and as part of a team * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Strong customer service focus Ind123Posted by StartWire
