Job Description
● Provide HR administrative support to the global organization as a key member of the HR Team. Perform a wide variety of tasks including but not limited to employee record management, policy administration, benefits processing, and Immigration administration.
● Manage employee records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory compliance ensuring the effective recording, maintenance, confidentiality, and reporting of employee data.
● Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes. Partner with the HR Generalists and HR Assistants on New Hire Orientation and all separation/termination requirements. Ensure ISO requirements are followed.
● Accurately input data to various HR systems and tracking tools, and assist with metrics reporting.
● Maintain critical forms and lists to include New Hire Set Up, Employee Change Request, position titles, etc.
● Assist in HR system maintenance and audits to ensure ongoing data integrity. Interface regularly with Payroll.
● Answer routine questions of employees regarding Company policies and procedures. Monitor and respond to the “HR and ImmigrationHR” mailboxes.
● Provide administrative/data support for all benefits processes, e.g. medical, dental, vision, 401(k), disability, life, COBRA, etc.
● Assist in the planning and implementation of annual benefits open enrollment.
● Liaise with external counsel on all non-immigrant and immigrant visas for employees and candidates. Process all required documentation on STEM OPT, H-1B, PERM, TN, etc. Assist with compliance for all international travel and H-1B amendment documentation.
● Coordinate global mobility matters between CRD offices.
● Coordinate regular I-9 Compliance audits and ongoing ISO re-certification audits.
● Update employee handbooks and manage the annual acknowledgement process.
● Provide assistance with training initiatives around compliance and management development.

Job Requirements
● A BA/BS degree required.
● A minimum of 1-3 years of progressively responsible experience in a human resources department or other relevant customer facing position.
● PHR strongly preferred.
● Experience with global workforces highly desirable.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills requiring a high level of interaction with employees, answering questions and solving problems related to a broad array of human resources issues.
● Ability to manage multiple, simultaneous priorities.
● Proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
● Ability to achieve results without close supervision.
● Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently and also has the strong desire to work as a member of a team.
● Demonstrated practical, hands-on, “can-do” approach, and the ability to work efficiently and creatively.
● Exhibits and champions a willingness to embrace change.
● Demonstrated commitment to, and proficiency in, a customer service culture.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Proven ability to be assertive while diplomatic and tactful.
● Proven ability to maintain confidentiality.
● Proficiency with Word and Powerpoint. Intermediate level Excel. Knowledge of ADP or other HRIS.
● Travel unlikely to be required.
● Flexibility with schedule and ability to work beyond regular business hours.
