Global commercial real estate firm is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support the SVP of Marketing and marketing team. This is an ideal position for a creative, forward:thinking, and organized individual.
Manage client database management program and system.
Coordinate the preparation of all listing flyers, graphics, signage and all other marketing materials such as websites, advertisements, press releases, e:mail campaigns and direct mailers.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials/ packages. Knowledge of InDesign and PowerPoint is mandatory.
Assist and participate in industry functions for client events.
Track and coordinate all inbound leads from websites, social media and other online sources.
Coordinate and implement marketing videos on website(s), blog(s), social media and client database email campaigns.
Collect and prepare information on qualified prospects for brokers.
Assist team with preparing and updating client:specific reports
Process and submit proposals including intensive RFPs.
Provide support for a team in technology applications; Salesforce, InDesign, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word.
Bachelors Degree or commensurate experience required
Commercial Real Estate is a plus
Workplace experience minimum of 2 years in administrative role:a marketing background is preferred
Advanced Microsoft office product knowledge:adobe suites, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Self Starter: ability to start and complete projects independently, learns quickly, must be open to change, enjoy the challenge of unfamiliar tasks
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
