Responsibilities:
:Act as the initial point of contact regarding HR :related inquiries
:Responsible for coordinating employee administration including all new starts, employees that may be leaving the company, employee benefits, and various other tasks
:Ensure that the HR database is kept up to date and organized appropriately
:Collaborate with Managers by assisting in the recruitment process, advertising positions, and arranging interviews
:Administer HR:related documentation such as letters and contracts of employment
:Organize new employee orientations
:Communicate with the Finance Department regarding payroll changes, employee benefits, etc.
:Responsible for scanning and forwarding invoices, client contracts, expense claims, etc. to the Finance Department
:Respond to all inquiries from managers and employees, seeking advice from higher management when necessary
:Answer and direct phone calls, assist office visitors, and other general administrative duties
:Assist with travel accommodations and liaise with travel agent
:Responsible for maintaining inventory and keeping common office areas fully provisioned
:Take part in the planning of company events including office lunches, company away day, holiday events, etc.
:Collaborate with IT to ensure that all office equipment is in working order
Requirements:
:Previous experience in an HR:related position
:HR qualification required
:Bachelors Degree is preferred
:Strong passion for developing a continued career in HR
:Ability to multi:task, prioritize, and pay attention to detail
:Strong written and verbal communication skills
:Ability to maintain professionalism and impartiality when managing confidential information
:Approachable and warm personality along with the ability to engage with employees of all levelsCompany Description:/h3:
