Job Description:/h3:
International Software Solutions company seeking a Sales and Marketing Assistant to support the business development team. This role will play an integral part to growing the organization and hitting their sales goals.
Key Responsibilities:
:Responsible for the collection, analysis, and reporting of sales and customer related data in order to improve overall sales productivity
:Develop, standardized tools, methodologies and business processes aimed at improving operational efficiency
:Support the Sales teams on major presentations, RFPs, etc. and provide customized customer reporting and recommendations in support of ongoing business decisions or initiatives
:Guide and train sales people (Key Accounts, Regional Sales, etc.) in entering an accurate forecast in our CRM tool, generate reports for forecast, and collaborate forecasts into weekly:monthly reports
:Ensure the processes and working procedures are followed by all teams working with our CRM : Sales, Sales Admin, Marketing, Product Management, etc.
:Ensure current and future data and internal software requirements are met to provide accurate decision support to the business
Job Requirements:
:Bachelors degree
:1+ years sales/marketing support
:Excellent written and verbal communication skills
:Excellent technology skills : Well versed with MS office
:Experience with a CRM big plus
