Your Challenge: As a Talent Market Advisor, your challenge will be to enable Philips successful achievement of its mission to improve 3 billion lives a year by 2025 by identifying, influencing and winning the best and the brightest talent that our business needs today and in the future. Your Responsibilities: You will be responsible for sourcing, managing, and transitioning a pipeline of top quality, passive professionals from the external labor market into Philips career vacancies within an assigned Function, Competency Area, and Region. Through direct and personalized outreach and continuous relationship building techniques, you’ll be expected to convert prospects that are not actively considering a career move into live applications for specific Philips openings that arise. Heavy emphasis will be placed on skilled networking, referrals, and gaining access to actionable competitive intelligence. To excel in this role you will be asked to take ownership of the following approaches and activities: Treating Prospective Candidates, Recruitment Partners and Hiring Managers as your valued clients- pressing for insight, soliciting feedback and continuously improving on how you help them achieve their goals. Executing sourcing plans and initiating prospect conversion as specific openings become visible. Becoming a true labor market expert in your assigned functional area, with insight on who and where the best talent is, what the labor market trends are, and how Philips should position themselves to best attract talent in that space. Aggressively tracking your prospect interactions to enable persuasive, data-driven conversations with key business partners and the hiring manager community. Your Team: Philips North America Talent Acquisition team is part of a global Center of Expertise and is responsible for attracting, selecting and hiring the professional and campus talent that all Philips business sectors in the United States, Latin America and Canada need to meet their business goals and our company mission. What We Are Looking For: The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record of engaging and recruiting exceptional talent into competitive, highly skilled professional roles. A few desired qualifications and behavioral attributes are listed below. Qualifications: 3+ years of sourcing/recruiting experience. Proven success in an agency, search firm environment and/or full life cycle recruiting role. Demonstrated sourcing/networking, lead generation and candidate conversion skills, driven by a hunter mentality. Advanced sourcing capabilities including Boolean search methods & techniques, social networks utilization, research resources (e.g.Hoovers and Zoominfo), resume banks, and other out-of-the-box creative techniques to identify potential talent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, impactful presentation style and good listening skills are a must. Strong time management skills and attention to detail with the ability to produce quality deliverables within given deadlines. Experience with HR technology systems such as CRM (e.g. Avature) and applicant tracking tools (e.g.Taleo).
