The Nagler Group is working on a huge project to help fill 15 Customer Service Representative roles with a globally renown client of ours located in Westford MA. They will have a training class that starts on October 23rd and the responsibilities Include:
Interact with customers to recommend products, resolve inquiries, and process orders while maintaining a high standard of service and professionalism.
Candidates should enjoy repetitive duties with high volume of customer inquiries and exhibit patience and attention to detail.
Requires working collaboratively with others in group and other departments.
Contribute to quality assurance procedures to ensure accuracy of communications to customers.
Learn software used by company to navigate listing, locate customer information, and look up data about products.

We are paying $16.00/hr for this opportunity!

Hours: 4 weekdays 1:00pm - 9:30pm
1 weekend day 8:00am - 4:30pm
