Arlington-Belmont is looking to fill our Novice Boys coaching position for the Winter 2017-2018 and Spring 2018 Seasons. Winter training season has already begun and continues through March 16, 2018. We are looking for someone who can start soon as possible.

Spring practice sessions begin on March 20, 2018 and run through the end of May. Novice boys practice in the afternoon Monday through Friday with races on weekends.

AB Crew is a growing and competitive high school program which rows on Spy Pond in Arlington. The program has good, reliable equipment, a supportive Board of Directors and strong parental support. Our crews compete in the Mass Public Schools Rowing Association and participate in various USRowing sponsored regattas as well.

We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic coach who possesses a great passion for the sport, the desire and patience to help young athletes reach their fullest potential as athletes and people, and a willingness to contribute to building a strong, collaborative, and supportive coaching staff.

- College Graduate
- Competitive rowing, sculling or coxing experience at the high school, club level or higher
- Prior youth coaching or teaching experience is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Satisfactory completion of a criminal background check (CORI)
- Must be currently eligible to work in the US

Seasonal salaries, including race day pay, are competitive and commensurate with experience.
