InterSystems in Kendall Square, Cambridge is seeking a versatile Corporate Recruiter to manage mostly technical requisitions at our US locations. Reporting to the US Recruitment Team Lead, our ideal candidate will have advanced capabilities at early stages of the hiring process : such as understanding complicated position requirements and practicing creative sourcing techniques : as well as at later stages of the hiring process, including internal stakeholder consultation, negotiation and preparing candidates to join the company.
