We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Human Resources team. The Intern will contribute to our team by providing administrative support through the recruiting process as well as assisting with special projects. Learning Component: This position is designed to provide an opportunity for the Intern to build talent acquisition knowledge and skills in a complex, international, mission:focused organization while also learning about the global work of all of our departments. The Intern will gain first:hand exposure to the recruiting and hiring process, including: reviewing resumes, posting job openings, and managing an application tracking system. Administration: Assist with essential administrative tasks that include scheduling, interview logistics, record keeping, data administration, reporting and fielding recruiting phone calls.Support other administrative duties, as needed. Sourcing: Research and identify targeted and productive sources of candidates globally (e.g., online groups, organizations, websites, academic and alumni programs). Post open positions and maintain posting logs.Update Glassdoor, LinkedIn and other websites to ensure employer branding. Process: Maintain our applicant tracking system and recruiting activity logs, including tracking flow of process:related forms.Assist in updating our process map and hiring manager guidelines. Minimum of one year working experience preferred.Educational focus on international development or Human Resources preferred.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Strong writing and computer fort working independently.Ability to handle confidential information in a professional manner.Previous experience with an applicant tracking system preferred (iCIMS experience a plus, but not required).Willingness to embody AccionA?s values of Excellence, Respect and Passion for Social Change.
