This position is involved with the implementation of business system projects for Talent Management (Human Resources, Recruiting, Bain Executive Network, Partner Services and Training). This person will work closely with Talent Management and IT teams to specify, design and develop systems according to the Talent management system strategy. Responsibilities for this role include collaborating with the team to define business requirements, creating functional specifications, developing project plans, managing project related communications, and advising on technical solutions.Manages HC systems projects:Gathers, analyzes and synthesizes business requirementsConducts interviews, surveys, focus groups and/or workshops with stakeholders and end:users as neededDevelops recommendations on system needs and shares with key stakeholdersFacilitates the creation of business requirements, detailed functional specifications, process flows, use cases and screen mock:upsCollaborates with IT and stakeholders to ensure technical solution will satisfy business needsFacilitates project communications to ensure all necessary stakeholders are informedCollaborates with stakeholders to ensure processes facilitate new or updated technologyInvolvement in all phases of systems projects including: definition and planning, communication, project tracking, testing, reporting, rollout, project closure/post launch support.Collaborates with subject matter experts to update all training materials, system documentation and end:user communications consistent with system enhancementsMonitors technology trends and research new technology in the Talent Management space as relates to current projectsHelps inform BainA?s Talent Management system roadmap and team visionPerforms other duties as assignedBachelorA?s degree required with a strong academic record; HR/recruiting experience is preferredMinimum of 3 years of professional work experience with at least one year experience in systems related role with practical experience in gathering and interpreting user needs, and defining, documenting and validating requirementsAbility to quickly grasp new requirements, technologies, tools and conceptsExperience working in a matrixed environmentStrong business systems knowledge, problem solving skills and analytical capabilitiesStrong organization skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for understanding and addressing customer needsAbility to self:motivate, flex project role (depending on project needs and requirements) and pro:actively contribute to the teamA?s successSkilled in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)IND123
