Job Description Development Program Manager Your Challenge We challenge you to support Philips Healthcare as a Program Manager in our Medical Consumables & Sensors (MCS) Business Innovation Unit (BIU). The Program Manager will drive strategic projects balancing resources, scope, and timeline considering tradeoffs between other projects and programs s. This person will be responsible for mapping projects across key portfolios (example SpO2 and ECG) defining milestones, schedules, deliverables, and resources and then leading those teams to deliver to the commitments. Lastly, the Program Manager provides ongoing status reports to the business leadership team ensuring risks and roadblocks are addressed timeline. Responsibilities Responsibilities Include: Organize multiple related projects, managing relationships between the stakeholders, team members, and business with focus on the SpO2 and ECG portfolio. · Create of project plans, budgets and schedules by partnering with Cross Functional Team on presenting business cases for opportunities within your scope · Lead the cross functional global core team through the Product Realization Process milestones. Works with cross-functional leaders (Marketing, Supply Chain, and R&D) to ensure smooth transition from every stage of the program from concept definition, development, verification/validation, design transfer to operations, and transition to installed base support. · Establishes strong operating mechanisms to track progress, identify issues, overcome obstacles, and define recovery plans. · Delivering products according to the Philips Quality Management System · Managing and reporting program project plans, schedules, budgets, and requirements ensuring they meet their targets Your Team The Medical Consumables and Sensors Business Innovation Unit (MCS BIU) identifies and meets customer and market needs by designing, developing, and distributing consumable and sensor products that enable clinical measurement for Philips Healthcare and non-Philips patient monitoring solutions. MCS also designs, markets and distributes to customers around the world a portfolio of products that provide developmental care solutions in perinatal markets in addition to providing global customers specialized MRI compatible patient monitoring solutions, consumables and sensors. You will report directly to the Senior Director of Product Development for MCS in Philips Patient Care & Monitoring Solutions (PCMS) Health Business System. The position has no direct staff supervisory responsibilities. It is responsible for the project specific management of the development team. This position is based in Andover, MA and relocation is not available for this position. Percent of total time spent traveling will vary from 10 to 30%, depending on the specific project. We are looking for The successful candidate will possess the following knowledge, skills education and experience: 2-5 years of professional experience in medical device development 3+ years’ experience in project management Experience in managing project with remote teams is strongly preferred Robust knowledge of design controls and risk management standards BS in engineering required.
