I am working with a publicly traded software application company, we are looking for an exceptional VP of Software Development. This key individual will; will have 10-15 years of experience, lead the software application group, be involved with acquisition discussions, present the strategic roadmap to investors and the board, and lead the future development directions for the company. This position will reside in the Boston area and report to the COO. The current environment is a .Net /SQL development environment, moving to java and setting a strategy moving to an open source solution with a very strong experienced group including QC/and developers. The key with this position is becoming the technical leader of the company both internally and externally.
