Primarily, the project would involve characterization of immune cell populations using multiple platforms including Flow cytometry (FACS), qPCR and ELISA.By participating in the above-mentioned project, the intern will gain technical expertise in laboratory technologies, including multi-color flow cytometry, quantitative PCR and ELISA.
