Your challenge Contribute to the capability building of the Royal Philips Enabling Functions Academy by leading projects in designing & implementing learning programs to support Q&R PQMS. Own the end to end learning development process, from the design of learning offerings to development and deployment. Your responsibilities As a Learning Consultant you will work with a team of learning and business professionals driving certification and facilitate business case driven decision making. You will do this by ensuring continuous improvement of learning programs and supporting the Academy Dean in portfolio management through ongoing portfolio maintenance, evaluation and rationalization. Your role is to be a Learning Consultant in the E&F Academy working upon the Q&R PQMS transformation which is a global role throughout Royal Philips, with a predominant focus on making sure quality, programs certification targets, budget and forecasting are all on track You will design and execute programs to build Q&R PQMS initiatives in supporting the end to end transformation programme within Royal Philips and reporting weekly in a Learning PMO on progress. You will project manage the creation and delivery of these programs with business leaders and subject matter experts across our businesses and markets to develop the content of the programs, develop the training capability to deliver the programs, plan the annual training calendar to ensure all sites/groups have access to training and work with senior leaders to drive the deployment & change management of these programs. You will be part of the core team of the Academy and lead several projects which will drive the embedding and continuous improvement of the programs. Furthermore you will also be responsible for: • The building of performance support solutions supporting major systems and process roll outs • Certification and Circular build • Definition of key competencies for selected roles in businesses and markets • Identification of target audiences and define appropriate learning objectives • Primary point of contact to leadership and deployment teams on course and certification progress • Design of blended learning solutions, establishing 70/20/10 with leader led learning interventions for learners, collaborating with other learning specialists • Program management of the deployment, contributing to demand planning and forecasting in regards of the training needs, the development and refreshments of learning interventions and their global deployment. • Liaison with Deployment Managers and PPS Your team You will be part of the Enabling Functions Academy and will report to the Dean of this Academy. We are looking for • University degree and at least 10 years of experience in Learning and Development, and worked also as a consultant to the business • Affinity with learning, coaching and personal development • Strong analytical skills required to assimilate new information quickly and turn this into learning solutions. • Industry experience of managing multiple learning projects in various formats • Proven program and project management skills • Experience in working with senior management team members and to be able to present/defend business cases • Proven passion for people; entrepreneurial spirit; self-starter, team player, superior communicator, results oriented attitude, out-of-the box thinker. • Travel 10%.
