About The Job:
The Director of Marketing is responsible for developing, coordinating and monitoring the successful marketing and leasing programs at all managed properties throughout the PPI portfolio. The Director will provide advisory services to the Management and Leasing Teams to ensure that each site has developed a comprehensive marketing plan and that the plans are successfully implemented in accordance with each propertys respective goals and objectives, established program requirements and applicable law.
The Director drives the company central marketing by implementing and directing marketing, leasing and resident retention programs at all new developments, lease ups, market rate.

Requirements of the Position:
:5+ years marketing experience in property management
:Proven knowledge of and compliance with: Affordable Housing, Federal, State and Local Housing regulations
:Demonstrated success working with market rate and affordable properties, new developments and lease up
:Ability to foster and maintain close relationship with management teams, current and prospective clients
:Works collaboratively with the operating teams to ensure the property teams are trained in all aspects of PPIs marketing programs
:Experience working with budget
:Ability to think creatively beyond the boundaries of traditional marketing
:Solid management and proven leadership skills
:Time management skills and ability to prioritize
:High degree of interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal
:Ability to take initiative and be self:motivated
:Excellent customer service skills
:Must have a vehicle, valid drivers license and willing to travel

Education and Experience:
Requires High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 5+ years marketing experience in property management. Also, extensive knowledge of primary software used by the Management Office, including proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
