Job Description
The HRIS Analyst will become an additional internal expert in Ceridian Dayforce, Winns HRIS. They will provide end:user support, systems troubleshooting and be responsible for data integrity and auditing, as well as perform regularly scheduled tasks and reports. The HRIS Analyst will have the opportunity to conduct workforce analysis as well as collaborate on future system enhancements and design through assessment, configuration, implementation, rollout and administration of new user features.

Essential Functions
:Investigates and troubleshoots systems issues, identifying roots causes, and determining solutions, at times working closely with the BST department or Ceridian (the vendor) directly to resolve issues.
:Develop, document, and implement new and revised processes to improve data integrity and confidentiality.
:Develop and modify new and/or existing reports/queries, including gathering requirements from end:users, documenting requirements, creating and testing new reports.
:Analyze data and information to recommend, create and carry out data analysis and process improvement opportunities.
:Actively participate in various projects and initiatives with the goal of implementing, improving and/or maximizing the utilization of Ceridian Dayforce.
Must Haves
:Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Information Technology or a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
:Minimum of 3 years related experience with system administrator and analyst responsibilities.
:Excellent PC skills required using business software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel
