Position Description
Duties/Responsibilities (including, but not limited to)
:Facilitate the recertification process for all residents living in Commonwealth Land Trust:owned properties by meeting with each resident to verify family composition and income, calculating rent shares and processing agreements and housing contracts.
:Educate residents concerning relevant regulations, policies and procedures.
:Assist the Leasing and Compliance Manager to gather and provide information on a timely basis for required HUD, DHCD and/or lender reports.
:File assorted documents in the appropriate resident file and order.
:Compose and deliver relevant resident communications.
:Post online advertising
:Maintain agency archival files.
Required Experience/Skills
:Highly detail:orientated individual with excellent organizational skills.
:Strong math and communication skills
:Capability to handle high:volume of administrative work in a busy work environment.
:Sensitive to the needs of a diverse, low:income population, and empathic to those needing reasonable accommodation as well as language assistance
:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Software (Excel, in particular) and Windows and comfort learning new software and tracking systems
:Valid drivers license for occasional local travel
:Bachelors Degree or equivalent related work experience; Certified Occupancy Specialist certification highly desired
