Key Points to Takeaway
We believe an Agents success is based on two key components:
:Having enough leads.
Each Agent will receive at least 40 leads per month that cost them nothing. Leads are very expensive to generate and can cost thousands of dollars each year for Agents.
:Being accountable to your goals.
This is accomplished by having a weekly one:on:one accountability call with the Team Manager to review the Agents accountability report in depth. This report tracks the number of leads, calls, emails, offers written, number of past client contacts, number of podcasts listened to, and the number of Facebook posts.
New Agent Bonus:
We are paying a 2,500 Bonus to a new Agent. The Agent must stay with the company for at least 3 months in order to receive the bonus and have 1 property under contract or closed by the 3 month anniversary.

Boomtown CRM:
:We are using the best real estate CRM called Boomtown. It is an amazing CRM. Take a look at their demo video:

:60/40 split for company leads
:70/30 split for agent leads.
:100/0 for immediate family

:You will participate in in:depth onboarding and an training process.
:New Agents will shadow one experienced agent conducting real estate activities.

Coverage Area:
Agents must be able to provide coverage for the following communities: Boston and towns 35 minutes north and west of Boston.
