SRV 211; Pastry Assistant
SRV is seeking a full time pastry cook, with future growth into pastry production, to join the team. Their pastry department is headed by Executive Pastry Chef Meghan Thompson. The dessert menu consists of house made gelatos, sorbettos, and a variety of plated desserts. They are developing an in house bread program, all made with house milled flour, to compliment their made from scratch pastry program.
Candidates should have experience working in a professional kitchen and have the desire to learn about different cooking/baking techniques in a fast-paced environment.
SRV was voted Boston217;s best Italian restaurant in 2016 by Boston Magazine and was a semi-finalist for a James Beard Award for Best New Restaurant. SRV is Venetian inspired bacaro serving Northern Italian food.
