Restaurant Manager needed for Upscale Casual Concept
Base Salary up to 55,000 with bonus potential and benefits. Upward progression to GM which pays 70,000 plus bonus
Chef Driven Concept : Part of Multiple Unit High Value Restaurant Group
In Growth Mode : This is a New Concept : Another New Concept Behind This
:Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
:Oversee guest services and resolve issues
:Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
:Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
:Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
:Greater than 3 million volume experience in upscale casual dining
:5 years or more restaurant management experience
:Upward career progression
:No more than 4 jobs in 10 years and minimum of 2 years with each job
:Experience in a chef driven, fresh, seasonal and local : farm to table restaurant concept
:Strong Training and Development of Staff Skills
:Documented examples of cost containment and profit increase
:Proven track record of achieving sales growth
:Hands on Approach and experience in maintaining operations standards
:Great Communication, Motivation and Leadership Skills
