The Manager will:

Build, train, and lead a strong team
Work with the General Manager
Uphold high customer service standards
Maintain profitable operations
The Sous Chef will:

Build, train, and lead a strong team
Work with the Executive Chef

Insure recipes and all company standards are adhered to
