Restaurant Manager/Sous Chef – 50K to 65K – bonus of up to 10K - Upscale High Volume Restaurant, Boston Area

The Manager will:

Build, train, and lead a strong team
Work with the General Manager
Uphold high customer service standards
Maintain profitable operations
The Sous Chef will:

Build, train, and lead a strong team
Work with the Executive Chef
Uphold high consistent quality food standards
Maintain profitable food cost
Insure recipes and all company standards are adhered to

Requirements
Both the Restaurant Manager and Sous Chef’s roles comes with a stellar base salary and bonus that can take your total compensation up to $75K, plus benefits (medical, dental, 401K, 2 weeks’ vacation) and huge growth opportunity.
