The Coda Group’s neighborhood restaurant, Coda Bar & Kitchen, is seeking a Sous Chef to join their management team. The role of Sous Chef assists the Executive Chef in operating and managing the back of house. Featuring a scratch kitchen and a focus on American comfort food, Coda is a lunch and dinner restaurant located in the South End.
The Sous Chef position is responsible for ordering, inventory, and cost control as well as helping to develop the menu and train/develop the line cooks. Ideal candidates will have a strong work ethic and curiosity to grow.
