32 - 40 hours per week . $12+ or higher depending on experience. First and second shift. This position is responsible for assisting the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the execution of operational, sales, and merchandising objectives by providing outstanding customer service, promoting a safe and productive work environment for Team Members, Customers, and Vendors, and training Team Members on appropriate application of policies and procedures.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Listing in the order of importance, provide 8 ? 10 statements summarizing the current duties and/or responsibilities accounting for more than 5% of the job. Include any information related to key measurable (sales revenue, budget responsibility, etc.). Provide percent of time spent on each duty or responsibility. Total percent should equal 100.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Support selling initiatives GURA)-25%, Greet the Customer, Uncover the Customers? needs, Recommend products, Ask for the Sale. Perform Open/Closing procedures as needed. Transport and make deposits to bank-5%. Assess store conditions and assign duties as required. Organize and prioritize workflow through the use of the daily planner-5%. Execute assigned basic, promotional, and seasonal merchandising activities-25%. Recovery of merchandise in assigned quadrants-5%. Participate in mandatory freight process as assigned-5%. Perform regular and promotional price change activities-5%.Handle and resolve customer complaints/issue, assure customer leaves store having had a positive shopping experience-5%. Protect company assets by adhering to loss prevention standards and respond to any alarm calls as needed -5%. Train and communicate with new and existing Team Members on job functions, responsibilities and financial goals-5%. Operate cash register/computer supervising cash handling procedures-5%. Uphold and promote a productive work environment (policies and procedures)-5%. May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications (Education and Experience)High school diploma or equivalent, Supervisory experience preferred, but not required.Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities/Training/Systems

Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver?s license. Utilize strong verbal and written communications skills to communicate effectively with team members and customers
Resolve issues ethically and with minimal conflict by possessing strong interpersonal skills
Knowledge of and proficiency in basic computer skills. Read, write, and count to accurately complete all documentation. Operate and use all equipment necessary to run a store such as a dolly, hand-truck, forklift, computer, and cash register. Work varied hours, day, nights and weekends as scheduled
Travel as required to support the district needs. Upon successful completion of training and certification, work may require the ability to dispense propane.Must have a valid driver?s license if you drive for company business. Move and transfer merchandise generally weighing 0 ? 50 pounds throughout the store
