Tempo is Looking for an Asst. General Manager

Tempo in Waltham is seeking an Assistant General Manager. We are seeking an experienced, self motivated individual to come join and help lead our team. Candidates should have some wine knowledge; enjoy wine, and have a desire to learn more about it. Candidates should be passionate about the restaurant/ hospitality industry and be able to inspire others to create exceptional guest experiences. Position will entail building stronger relationships with current guests and also developing relationships with new guests.

Some marketing experience is beneficial as well as the ability to offer new and creative promotional ideas to help build our business. Applicants must work well with all types of people, have strong disciplinary skills as well as a positive attitude and gregarious personality. We are looking for someone who is eager to grow and learn with our restaurant as we continue to grow. We are looking for a fresh set of eyes and ideas. We can confidently say room for growth is endless.
