Job Description
Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):
:From concept and design create collateral, including: packaging, print/digital ads, trade show graphics, product guides, web graphics, and various marketing materials that reflect each brands identity
:Serve as design lead for a brand, with the support of the creative director. Must establish a creative and consistent look and feel
:Responsible for seeing all projects through to completion, from concept to the finished piece
:Ability to collaborate with various teams, including Marketing, Product Management and Sales
:Responsible for executing product photo shoots as well as photo retouching
:Strong production design skills (experience with catalog layout/editing, manuals, line extensions)
:Willingness and ability to accept new challenges and manage multiple projects at a time
:Strong work ethic, attendance, and timeliness on tasks and meeting deadlines
:Enjoys working in a fast:paced, detail oriented, fun and casual atmosphere
:Contribute and execute ideas that are forward thinking and congruent with the department and company brand
Required Experience and Knowledge:
:4:5 years working within a design firm or creative team environment with a solid background in packaging, advertising, photography, branding, typography and print design.
:Bachelors degree or equivalent with emphasis on graphic design or packaging design. A resume and portfolio is required for consideration.
:Must be a strong conceptual thinker whos able to quickly sketch ideas in collaboration with others.
:Self:driven and resourceful with the ability to work within tight deadlines and juggle multiple deliverables simultaneously.
:Proficient with current version of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Familiarity with additional software is a pluspany Description
