Job Description:/h3:
Massachusetts:based general contracting firm seeking an experienced full:time construction project manager to join our team. A minimum of 5 years of project management experience with a strong background in commercial construction is required. The project manager will be responsible for managing complex construction projects and ensuring successful project execution.

: Manage construction of new and existing project sites including all working Mechanical, Electrical and Building Management Systems.
: Manage the renovations of existing project sites including Generator Additions, HVAC additions and upgrades.
: Coordinate activities of multiple disciplines, and facilitate the efficient cost:effective utilization of staff while adhering to contractual and performance requirements
: Develop and maintain current client relationships. Interface with the client for all proposal and project related items.
: Establish project objectives, review/establish schedules, review and adapt work sequence with clients, project staff, and subcontractors.
: Lead and Direct Conceptual Estimates, Budgeting, and Project Estimates with clients.
: Review, evaluate and implement multiple project specifications, drawing releases and design changes
: Assist operations in the managing of Landlord complaints and property issues for all project sites.
: Ability to listen, discern and resolve issues with a sense of urgency.

: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil / Structural Engineering or related field of study is ideal
: 5:12 years of relevant experience within the commercial construction industry.
: Demonstrated capability to successfully manage construction projects in the range of 1 Million : 5 Million in contract value
: Strong knowledge of computer based programs including Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and ProCore Construction.
: Demonstrate excellent problem:solving skills, self:motivation, leadership and team orientation
: Valid drivers license
: Understanding of Dropbox, Office 365 and basic internet applications.
: Completion of/or ability to obtain OSHA 10 and/or OSHA 30 Construction Outreach Safety Training Course.

Salary based on experience.
