A typical day would have you working closely with other Development team members, offshore team members, and stakeholders to design, write, and execute manual test cases, as well as report on the results in a Microsoft TFS with multiple complex projects.Are you a strong manual tester with SQL experience? A collaborative team player? Our workplace environment is fast paced, so the ability to stay on top of multiple projects within the Scrum team is essential.Think you have what it takes? Then letA?s talk.Creating and executing manual test cases, plans, and testsReporting, analyzing, and tracking defectsAssisting with software releases, including end:of:sprint release planning Running SQL queries to validate resultsParticipating in a Scrum team, team stand:ups, grooming, planning meetings, and more Agile ceremoniesWorking with offshore resources to delegate and support testing effortsDesigning test scope, approaches, and strategies; creating test plans and cases, as appropriateDesigning or locating test data; ensuring that appropriate tests are executedA?both during development and upon deploymentCollaborating with team members to identify areas of high risk and root cause of problems; working closely with team and developers to detect, prioritize, and fix defectsProviding status and risk assessment for managementAt least 3 years of testing experience in information services/technology; CRM experience a plusQA experience in support of integrated systems is a mustStrong manual testing with SQL; proficiency with SQL queries1+ years of working in an Agile environment; Scrum desiredWorking with offshore resourcesExperience with automated toolsFinancial or regulated SaaS systems experienceExperience in Agile SDLCExperience working in a Microsoft environment; TFS and Visual Studio experience a plusFamiliarity with testing web:based applicationsExperience with source control and bug:tracking systemsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProficient in manual testing; automated testing a plusHave we piqued your curiosity?
